Our Story
Kevin McNeil and Harold Stenglein founded Timber Consultants LLC after years of purchasing timber for one of Michigan’s largest sawmills. During that time, they saw firsthand how strict sawmill preferences and procedures often limited their ability to tailor the experience to the landowner’s unique needs. Recognizing the opportunity to advocate for landowners rather than the sawmill, they launched Timber Consultants with a mission to provide personalized service, fair pricing, and sustainable forestry solutions.
